The main reason why people want to go on a holiday to Barbados is to explore the glorious beaches. Barbados beaches have something for everyone whether you are looking to kayak, jet ski, snorkel, or just swim in the clear waters. Here are my suggestions for the best ones.
5 Barbados Beaches That Will Make You Wish You Were There Right Now
1. Miami Beach

Miami Beach has the best of all world. The eastern side has waves that are great for boogie boarding. While the western side is shallow and calm, making it perfect for kids. You can rent the boogie boards, beach chairs, right on the beach, too. The Mr. Delicious food truck has delicious Barbados food such as roti and some of the best rum punch around.

Silver Sands Beach is the beach for windsurfers. On the southern coast of Barbados, this beach is known for the Waterman Festival every February. This festival is where the surfing, windsurfing, and kite surfing pros come to compete from all over the world, and is definitely worth pulling up a beach chair for. In summer it’s quieter and not so crowded.
3. Crane Beach

If sandy beaches are what you’re looking for, then head to Crane Beach. Pink sands and cyan waves create a Paradise that’s perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, or just lying in the sun. The oldest resorts on Barbados are also found in this area.
The white waters of Bathsheba are rich in minerals, and people feel energized after soaking in them. This Barbados beach is on the east coast, which is rugged and has stunning rock formations, too. There are plenty of restaurants, rum houses, and guest houses in this fishing village.
5. Bottom Bay

Bottom Bay is what you think of when you think of Barbados. A sugary pink sand beach has swaying coconut palms and is protected by beautiful cliffs. However, there is a serious undertow, so it’s not the best spot for swimming. Go have a picnic, and lounge in the sun.
